Take your management team on a unique adventure with Neal Petersen. Our current program is run in the British Virgin Islands. This is a custom built program around your specific objectives and goals.
You will fly into Road Town on Tortola and transfer to your new home – a sailing vessel. A typical 4 day program will be as follows:
Day one:
Afternoon arrive in Road Town and settle onto the boat.
Orientation on the do’s and the don’ts, safety briefing familiarity with the vessel.
Dinner ashore where expectations of the crew will be discussed, questions answered, plans unveiled

Day two:
Breakfast ashore
Get underway to first anchorage
Drills and training at sea
Clean vessel
Time ashore in anchorage to explore and relax
Prepare and cook dinner on board
Discussions

Day three:
Breakfast aboard
Sail to next anchorage
Drills and training at sea
Clean vessel
Time ashore in anchorage to explore and relax
Dinner ashore
Discussions

Day four:
Breakfast aboard
Return to Road Town
Lunch ashore
Evaluate experience and discuss implementation of lessons
Return to airport and depart.
This program is not intended to teach sailing, but to foster challenging oneself in an unusual environment as one comes to know oneself better with in a team environment, develop better communication and leadership skills, to goal setting and execution. Under Neal’s guidance your team will handle the vessel. This program is for non sailors and sailors. Depending on the size of your group, will determine what vessel is used, and whether more than one vessel. Some of the activities in this program will involve working as a well oiled team, delegation of duties, role playing, clear concise communication, strategic planning. Time to relax will be built into the program and there will be fun activities such as snorkeling, a treasure hunt and exploration of the local cuisine. There will be a lot of flexibility in the program to accommodate for weather and the objectives of the team.
The cost:
This is a custom built program developed to fit your specified budget. The expected costs incurred will be return flights, charter of the vessel, ground transportation, meals ashore and aboard the vessel, team clothing as everyone will be in a uniform, and the fee for Neal Petersen. This actual figures will depend on the number of participants, but all costs will be declared up front and some will be paid for by the client in advance.
